Socks for Bill; 2-at-a-time on 2 circulars, toe-up, Dyenamics custom over-dye, Sport weight yarn.
Fingerless mitts for Madison; Periwinkle Sheep worsted weight.
Socks for me; using a Lion Brand Magic Stripes sock yarn (a freebie from a friend's stash) which Madison decided SHE liked, so....
Right now, stitching another pair of socks for Madison from a colorway she designed herself. Details soon...
And of course, can't have just ONE WIP, so there's more fingerless mitts at the bottom of the knitting bag...

Whew-eee! Beautiful knitting! That's one of the reasons I love winter . . . time to do some handwork and, of course, cold weather to wear it in. Thanks for sharing. I need some inspiration to allow myself to do some of the same.
LOVE Bill's socks, but do they require weaving in a lot of loose ends to get those stripes?
Not a single one! I dyed it that way, Michelle. Want some? Pick your colors...Christmas is coming, not to mention our birthdays!
And I had been wondering what you have been doing! Some mighty fine knittin there, sister. Mighty fine.
You're kidding! You're just too clever, I may spin, but you're the dying queen! And if you really want to know, black and denimish blue would go with most things in my wardrobe. ;-) But now I need ideas for YOU!
Very nice!! I've shied away from stripes, but need to jump in one of these days. I've got several balls of self-striping yarn that beckons.
Will check out the yarn site as well.
Those are beautiful! Id love a pair of fingerless gloves. My hands get cold on the computer. I need to pick up my needles again, I haven't done any crochet in almost a year.
